List analyses

Requires analyses:read. Newest first. Includes analyses created with POST /analyses (kind: snapshot / search, with status) and persisted campaign reports generated in Siftsy (kind: report). A sample of comments behind an analysis lives on GET /analyses/{analysisId}/comments.
